A CHANGE OF HEART

We appreciate that in some instances, you may have a change of heart after making your purchase. However, we regret to advise that we are unable to accept returns or refunds, except in cases of damage or receiving an incorrect item.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take great care to ensure products are carefully packaged and protected but occasionally damages may occur. If this is the case, please contact us on boutique@clarencecourt.co.uk to speak to a member of our team. We may request images of the complaint, along with your details, in order to investigate the issue.

We will replace or refund products that have been damaged during delivery if photographic proof of the damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We unfortunately cannot replace products that have been used.
