Care instructions: This pan is pre-seasoned, however it is important to keep it sealed against oxidation and rust. Wash in warm, soapy water, hand dry and use a paper towel to grease the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil, including the handles. Place into a pre-heated oven at 180C for an hour, then allow to cool and wipe away any excess oil. Handwash only.
